## Assurance and honesty labelling
- Level 0, self-declared support signal. Not a certification. 0PN is a registry brand. During the UK interim window the accountable operator of the 0PN Directory UK node is Global Privacy Rights (an incorporated legal person); 0PN UK CIC, a community interest company currently in incorporation, is the named successor and will accept the accountable-operator role on incorporation. Until then 0PN UK CIC is not the live accountable party. Listings, including TCIEG UK's own, are self-declared and not verified or certified by 0PN, Global Privacy Rights, or 0PN UK CIC.
- issuing_authority, accountability_anchor, directory_operator and assurance_level are design-layer fields and are not adopted ISO text.
